I have the following code to fetch data from a mysql database

When I run the above code I get no errors, but result is a dict, not my actual data.
How to achieve it?

result is dict type, meaning the response that you get from the database is a dictionary.
So instead of
return result
Try using
return [ row[i] for i in range(len(row)) ]
You can pass the field names you want to use in the fetchall.

Run java via system, same directory for the.class and.jar
I have to write java class.
If I run it via terminal I’m using java and the jar is in the same directory like the class files.
But in case of system call I should know path to the.jar which I can’t do.
I was thinking on something like this
unzip the jar in some temporary directory
run java on the file
move/rename the.jar to the actual directory
run the actual application
Does anyone know a working solution?

To solve your problem you have to create an executable JAR file and you have to use a Main class to call your own application
